Ben Lillywhite’s 17 years’ expertise in the motor and insurance industries stems back to 2000 when he gained valuable experience in two large dealer groups in the Midlands, where he was recognised for producing high volume sales and dramatically increasing F&I income.
Over the subsequent seven years, Ben became more widely recognised as an F&I specialist with an acute understanding of the key role compliant ancillary products play in generating profits while being celebrated as a high achiever and generating the highest sales figures across the group.
In 2008,he was headhunted to become Area Manager for the Midlands within the Global Insurance Management’s Sales Division (which today is part of the AXA Group).
With a keen eye for detail and a relentless passion in generating and managing new business, over the next four years Ben progressed into the role of Regional Manager before taking on the role of UK and Ireland Operations Manager overseeing increases in business nationwide and the daily management of the sales force. This success led to his promotion and becoming the company’s Director of Sales at the end of 2012.
Ben was approached to join InsureThat at a pivotal time in 2015, as the company decided to expand and diversify its existing portfolio. His expertise was key in designing and successfully launching InsureThat’s industry-distribution model, which today counts some of the UK’s leading motor retailers and brokers among its partnerships.
Today he continues to promote our company brand and ethos in striving to drive compliant solutions and profitable products through key partners and provide a wider portfolio of products and services to reflect the changing needs of both consumers and the marketplace at large.
